Store Policy

Our team is dedicated to getting your order processed as soon as possible. We process your order no later than one business day after you place your order. Orders placed before 2 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same day. All other orders will be processed the next business day.
Our team continues to check and inspect every order prior to shipping. If in any case you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to replace it for you. However, due to type and nature of our products, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. For any lost or stolen packages, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with their tracking and seek compensation through the mail carrier. All sales are final.
For damaged product(s), please click on our Contact Us link, under the Purpose of Contact drop down menu, select Damaged Product(s), and fill in the required information including your order number in the Message box, informing us of the nature of the damage. We will then provide you instructions on how to return the damaged product(s).
